Phase 2: Site Visit & Measurement We will visit the site of the project and take measurement. Our designer will propose several options of cost for you to select according to your needs. If estimates meets your need and budget, we will move on to the next. Phase 3: Designing & Selecting materials We bring you the best brands in industry and help you selecting the right material, the right color and the best quality of products. A more detail plan and pricing will be introduced to the customer. Phase 4: Construction Construction proposal is agreed and signed before the work starts. Building permits are submitted if required. Once permits are approved, materials are ordered and projects get going. Our skilled workers will construct to your expectation. All our work comes with an ONE YEAR WARRANTY. |
